By accessing and using CampusStay ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

CampusStay is a free student accommodation matching platform that connects students with verified landlords and property owners in Zimbabwe.

2. Description of Service

CampusStay provides a platform for:

• Students to browse and enquire about accommodation listings
• Landlords to advertise their properties to students
• Facilitating communication between students and landlords via WhatsApp
• Matching students with suitable accommodation based on their preferences

CampusStay acts solely as an intermediary platform and is not a party to any rental agreements between students and landlords.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of CampusStay, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when using our services
• Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the platform's security features
• Conduct your own due diligence before entering into any rental agreements
• Treat all parties with respect and professionalism

4. Listing Verification

While we make reasonable efforts to verify listings on our platform, CampusStay does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any listing. Users are advised to:

• Visit properties in person before making any payments
• Verify the identity of landlords independently
• Request and review all rental agreements carefully
• Report any suspicious or fraudulent listings to us immediately

5. Payment and Fees

CampusStay is completely free for students to use. We do not charge any fees for browsing listings, making enquiries, or using our matching service.

Any payments for accommodation (rent, deposits, etc.) are made directly between students and landlords. CampusStay does not process or handle any accommodation payments.

6. Limitation of Liability

CampusStay shall not be liable for:

• Any disputes between students and landlords
• The quality, safety, or legality of listed properties
• The accuracy of information provided by landlords
• Any losses incurred from rental transactions
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Intellectual Property

All content on CampusStay, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of CampusStay and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
